摘　　要：目的:探讨80/20法则在提高我院急救车药品、物品达标率中的应用效果。方法:2017年1~6月我院急救车质量管理小组成立品管圈,由圈成员自行设计调查表格,对全院57台抢救车药品、物品达标率进行调查,并绘制柏拉图,采用80/20法则确定要因和真因,并使用"5W1H"的方法制定对策并实施,将活动前相关情况设为对照组,将活动后相关情况设为观察组,比较两组达标情况。结果:我院急救车的药品、物品管理达标率由活动前的64.98%提高到活动后的98.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:80/20法则的使用,能提高了医院急救车药品、物品管理达标率及管理水平,对危重症患者抢救意义重大,值得推广。Objective: To explore the application effect of 80/20 rule in improving the standard-reaching rate of ambulances drugs and articles management in our hospital. Methods: Our hospital ambulances quality management team established the quality control circle in our hospital from January to June 2017;the members of the quality control circle designed their own investigation forms to investigate the standard-reaching rate of drugs and articles of 57 ambulances in our hospital,and drew Plato; the 80/20 rule was adopted to determine the reason and the real issues,and the " 5 W1 H" method was used to formulate and implement countermeasures; the pre-activity related information was set as the control group,the post-activity related information was set as the observation group,and the compliances of the two groups were compared. Results: The standard-reaching rate of drug and articles management of ambulances in our hospital increased from 64. 98% before the activity to 98. 67% after the activity,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05).Conclusion: The use of 80/20 rule could improve the rate and management level of drug and articles management for hospital ambulances,which was significant for rescuing critically ill patients,and was worthy of promotion.
