摘　　要：构建以"互联网+服务与奉献积分+成长记录+党建工作"的高校党建工作新载体,是为了加强高校学生党建工作的规范化,实现"阳光党建",提高学生党建工作管理效率,激活学生党员和入党积极分子正能量而设计实施的;是以培养对象及管理者的相关信息为基础,设计开发一个基于网络的面向培养对象、党团干部的学生党建工作管理平台,是党建工作载体和方法的创新。To build ＂Internet＋service and dedication inte-gral＋growth record＋Party work＂ is a new carrier of college Partyconstruction work. Also it is the need to strengthen the standard-ization of university students＇ Party building work, to achieve the＂sunshine Party building＂, to improve the management efficiencyof students＇ Party building work, and to activate the positive en-ergy of student Party members and Party activists. As an innova-tion in the carrier and method of Party building work, it is to de-sign a network-based platform for the management of students＇Party building work facing training objects, League and Partyleaders, based on the information related to training objects andmanagers.
