摘　　要：鉴于传统微生物学实验教学的不足,对其实验项目进行整合调整,缩短了验证性实验项目的课内学时,同时将一些跨度大的综合性实验内容合并为一个系统连贯的开放性的自选研究项目,以培育应用和创新人才,提高学生的实验技能、科研素质和综合素质的提升。In view of the shortcomings of the traditional experi-mental teaching of microbiology, the integration and adjustmentof its experimental projects have shortened the class hours ofconfirmatory experimental projects and at the same time, we inte-grated some large-scale comprehensive experimental contentsintoa systematic and coherent open-ended optional researchproject, in order to foster applied and innovative talents, improvestudents＇ experimental skills, scientific quality and comprehen-sive quality.
