提高规范化培训医师感染病学诊疗技能的策略

摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是我国加强临床医师队伍建设的重要措施,旨在培养优秀的临床医师,全面提高年轻医师的临床诊疗技能。感染病学相比其他临床学科,疾病复杂,危重症多,近年来疾病谱发生变迁,疑难发热待诊病例所占的比例呈升高趋势,又面临新发传染病的不断出现。因此,感染病学在住院医师规范化培训中有其独特的特点,作者拟结合住院医师应掌握的基本技能和感染科的特点,灵活应用多种培养方法,全面提高规范化培训住院医师感染病的临床诊疗技能。Resident standardized training is the most importantmeasure to expand the clinician team by training more excellentclinicians with experienced clinical diagnosis and treatmentskills. Infectious disease is more complex with more critical pa-tients while compared with the other clinic？subjects. Along withthe transition of the infectious diseases spectrum, the proportionof patients suffering from the fever of unknown origin tends to in-crease and the emerging infectious diseases appear frequently inrecent years. Therefore, the resident standardized training in in-fectious disease is characteristic and different from the other sub-jects. We will demonstrate here how to flexibly use the variousmethods to improve the residents＇ clinical diagnosis and treatmentskills in infectious diseases during the resident standardizedtraining.Key words resident standardized training;infectious disease;
