摘 要:针对墩接高度不足,提出一种钢套墩接加固技术,并对以墩接长度、帮头长度和胶为设计参数的15根试验柱进行轴心受压试验。分别测定各构件的材性,并系统分析试验柱的破坏模式、抗弯刚度、抗压刚度、极限承载力及接头应变分布状态。研究结果表明:与参考柱类似,墩接柱主要破坏状态为类似于极值点失稳的破坏;钢套墩接未加胶柱和钢套墩接加胶柱的极限承载力可分别达到参考柱的86%和101%;墩接柱抗弯刚度和轴向抗压刚度可基本恢复至参考柱水平;注胶可增加接头纵向压应变的均匀性,相较于未注胶墩接柱,其承载力可增加24.1%;钢套墩接加胶柱可不受墩接高度的限制。A splice joint reinforced by a steel jacket was proposed to address the limitation in traditional splice techniques due to a short splice length. Totally 15 timber column specimens were tested under axial compression. Parameters under investigation included length of splice, extended length of the steel jacket beyond the splice joint, and the epoxy. Failure mode, bending stiffness, compression stiffness, ultimate bearing capacity and strain distribution in joint were studied. Material properties tests were also conducted on sample specimens taken from individual timber columns, and the results were employed in a column analysis model to reduce the influence of variability in the timber material properties. The results show that the spliced columns is destroyed mainly because of its instability, similar to the reference single-piece columns. The load-bearing capacity of the spliced columns restores to 85% (without epoxy) and 101% (with epoxy) compared with the reference specimens. The bending stiffness and axial stiffness reach to the level of the reference columns. The use of epoxy improves the uniformity of compression within the splice joint and results in an increase of 24.1% in the load-bearing capacity. The spliced column reinforced with steel jacket and further enhanced by epoxy may be considered in cases where the splice length is highly restricted.
