五物五苓汤联合射频消融治疗椎间盘源性腰痛

摘　　要：目的:探讨五物五苓汤联合射频消融治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的临床疗效。方法:按照随机数字表法将34例椎间盘源性腰痛患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用单纯射频消融治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合中药五物五苓汤口服治疗,采用视觉模拟评分、JOA下腰痛评分和改良的Macnab评分分析两种方法的疗效。结果:两组术后1周较术前的视觉模拟评分、JOA下腰痛评分均明显改善,且差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组术后1周、1个月、6个月的视觉模拟评分、JOA下腰痛评分和术后6个月改良的Macnab评分明显优于对照组,差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗过程中未出现明显不良反应。结论:射频消融联合五物五苓汤治疗椎间盘源性腰痛创伤小,疗效确切,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of the Wuwu Wuling decoction with radiofrequency ablation on discogenic back pain.Methods：34 cases were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,17 cases in each group.The control group was given radiofrequency ablation;the treatment group was given the Wuwu Wuling decoction more.Results：The scores of VAS and lowerlumber JOA in two groups in one week were more improved after treatment（P〈0.05）.In 1 week,1 month,6 months,VAS score,JOA score and the improved Macnab scores in 6 months were better in the treatment group（P〈0.05）.And there was no obvious adverse reaction in the course of treatment.Conclusion：Radiofrequency ablation with the Wuwu Wuling decoction on discogenic low back pain was effective,with lower trauma and high safety,and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
