手法按压联合中药热敷治疗血热瘀结型血栓性外痔的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的:应用手法按压联合中药热敷治疗血热瘀结型血栓性外痔的临床对照研究。方法:选取我院门诊2014-2016年患者160例,将患者随机分组,每组80例,对照组给予中药苦参汤熏洗治疗,观察组给予手法按压联合中药消痔化瘀洗剂热敷治疗,比较两组患者的疼痛积分和肿胀积分改善情况,评价两组的临床效果。结果:治疗后两组患者的疼痛积分和肿胀积分均有所下降,与对照组比较,观察组积分下降更加明显,组间数据差异显著(P<0.05);观察组的临床总有效率为82.5%,明显高于对照组(50.0%),组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:手法按压联合中药热敷治疗血栓性外痔具很好的临床效果,在不具备手术条件的情况下应用有利于改善临床症状,值得在临床中应用。Objective：To study the clinical efficacy of manipulation plus hot compress with TCM medicine on external hemorrhoid of the Xuere Yujie type.Methods：160 cases were randomly divided into two groups,80 cases in each group.The control group was treated by steaming and washing with the Kushen decoction.The observation group was given manipulation plus hot compress with TCM medicine.Results：After treatment,the pain scores and swelling scores in the groups were decreased;and those in the observation group were more decreased than the control group（P〈0.05）.The total efficiency in the observation group was 82.5%,higher than 50.0% in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Manipulation plus hot compress with TCM medicine on external hemorrhoid was effective,and is worthy of clinical application in absence of surgical conditions.
