建中强心颗粒对慢性充血性心力衰竭患者左室重构的干预研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨建中强心颗粒对慢性充血性心力衰竭患者左室重构的影响。方法:将80例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用建中强心颗粒,4周为一个疗程。观察其临床疗效并通过超声心动图测定治疗前后左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、室间隔厚度(IVST)、左室后壁厚度(LVPWT)及左室射血分数(LVEF)。结果:两组治疗前后临床症状有所改善,左室大小、室壁厚度、LVEF亦有明显好转,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:建中强心颗粒联合常规西药可明显改善慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的临床症状,抑制左室重构,延缓心衰进程,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the efect of the Jianzhong Qiangxin granule on the left ventricular reconstruction in patients with CHF. Methods： 80 patients were allocated to the observation group （group A） and the comparison group （group B）. Group B was given conventional western medicine; group A was treated with the Jianzhong Qiangxin granule more, 4 weeks as a course. The efcacy in groups was observed; LVEDD, LVESD, IVST, LVPWT and LVEF were detected by echocardiography. Results： The symptoms and levels of echocardiography parameters were improved in groups, with statistically signifcant diferences （P〈0.05）. The efcacy in group A was better than group B （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The Jianzhong Qiangxin granule plus conventional western medicine on CHF can greatly improve the clinical symptoms, restrain the left ventricular reconstruction, delay the progression of heart failure, is worthy of promotion.
