麻黄连翘赤小豆汤及其加减方治疗急性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨麻黄连翘赤小豆汤及其加减方治疗急性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法:将在我院接受治疗的80例急性肾小球肾炎患者分成观察组(n=40)与对照组(n=40),对照组采用传统西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用黄连翘赤小豆汤进行治疗。比较两种方法治疗后的临床疗效。结果:治疗2个疗程后,观察组患者有效率为97.5%,对照组患者有效率为75.0%,两组患者有效率比较,存在统计学差异,P<0.05。观察组患者的血压恢复时间、肉眼血尿消退时间、镜下检查血尿消退时间、水肿消退时间明显短于对照组患者,差异明显,存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:急性肾小球肾炎患者采用麻黄连翘赤小豆汤治疗能明显减少血压恢复时间、肉眼血尿消退时间、镜下检查血尿消退时间、水肿消退时间,疗效显著。Objective To investigate the clinical efect of the Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction on acute glomerulonephritis. Methods： 80 patients were divided into the observation group （n=40） and control group （n=40）. The control group was treated by conventional Western medicine; the observation group was given the Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction more. Results： For 2 courses, the efective rate was 97.5% in the observation group and 75% in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction on treating acute glomerulonephritis can significantly reduce the recovery time of blood pressure, the time of hematuria subsided, microscopic examination of hematuria subsided time, edema subsided time.
