银丹心脑通胶囊治疗老年缺血性中风的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨对老年缺血性中风患者施以银丹心脑通胶囊治疗后获得的临床效果。方法:选择我院2015年7月-2016年7月收治的50例老年缺血性中风患者作为实验对象;选择数字奇偶法对老年缺血性中风患者分组;对照组:基础治疗;观察组:基础治疗+银丹心脑通胶囊;对总体疗效、神经功能缺损评分以及血液黏度相关指标回顾性分析。结果:观察组老年缺血性中风患者总体疗效(96.00%)同对照组老年缺血性中风患者(68.00%)比较,升高程度尤为明显(P<0.05);观察组老年缺血性中风患者神经功能缺损评分同对照组老年缺血性中风患者比较,降低程度尤为明显(P<0.05)。结论:对老年缺血性中风患者施以银丹心脑通胶囊治疗,可以有效清除患者的自由基,有效维护脑组织,显著改善神经功能缺损评分,从而显著优化老年缺血性中风患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of the Yindan Xinnaotong capsule on elderly patients with ischemic stroke. Methods： 50 elderly patients were divided into two groups. The control group took the basic treatment; the observation group received the Yindan Xinnaotong capsule more. Results： The total efciency was 96.00% in the observation group, was signifcantly higher than 68.00% in the control group （P〈0.05）. The neurological defcit score was signifcantly higher in the observation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Yindan Xinnaotong capsule can efectively remove the free radicals, maintaine brain tissue, and improve the neurological defcit score and the quality of life.
