玻璃纤维企业清洁生产审核案例分析

摘　　要：以某个玻璃纤维纱生产企业开展清洁生产审核为例,分析玻璃纤维纱生产过程的清洁生产水平,发现存在的问题及清洁生产机会,通过制定并实施清洁生产方案,年产生经济效益33.99万元,年节煤110 t、节电9.734万k W·h、节水600 m^3,减少SO_2排放1.76 t,减少废丝6 t,取得了良好的环境效益和经济效益。A fiberglass yarn enterprise was taken as an example to implement cleaner production audit, analyzed clean production level of fiberglass yarn production process, found existing problems and cleaner production opportunities, formulated and implemented cleaner production program, and achieved good economic and environmental benefits. The economic benefits were 339 900 yuan RMB per year. The annual savings of coal was 110 tons, sav- ings of electricity was 97 340 kW h, savings of water was 600 m3, reducing SO2 emissions was 1.76 tons, reduc- ing waste fiberglass yarn was 6 tons.
