摘　　要：目的:探讨火针治疗结节囊肿性痤疮的临床效果。方法:根据《中药新药临床指导原则(试行)》的诊断标准选取100例结节囊肿痤疮患者,随机分组,各组为50例,对照组使用维A酸乳膏(迪维霜)(0.025%)外用,观察组使用火针进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应发生率。结果:(1)和对照组对比,治疗组临床有效率明显更高,数据差异明显,P<0.05。(2)和对照组对比,观察组不良反应发生率明显更低,数据差异明显,P<0.05。结论:火针治疗结节囊肿性痤疮的临床效果明显,不良反应轻微,安全有效,值得推广。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of fire needle on nodular-cystic acne. Methods： 100 cases of nodular-cystic acne were selected according to the diagnostic criteria of Chinese medicine clinical guidelines （trial）, and randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases per group. The control group took external tretinoin cream （0.025%）, and the observation group was applied the fre needle. The incidence of adverse reaction and the curative efect in two groups were compared. Results： （1） Compared with the control group, the clinical efciency in the treatment group was signifcantly better, and the diference was obvious, P〈0.05. （2） Compared with the control group, the adverse reactions in the observation group were signifcantly fewer, and the diference was obvious, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Fire needle on nodular-cystic acne is efective in clinic, with mild the adverse reaction, safty, and is worth popularizing.
