健脾和胃补肾方对化疗相关性呕吐治疗的临床观察研究

摘　　要：目的:临床观察健脾和胃补肾方对肠癌患者化疗相关性呕吐的干预作用。方法:选择64例肠癌手术后辅助化疗患者,随机均分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用健脾和胃补肾方联合帕洛诺司琼注射液预防化疗后呕吐;对照组予帕洛诺司琼注射液预防呕吐。结果:观察组化疗后呕吐总有效控制率为93.75%,与对照组(78.13%)比较,差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾和胃补肾方联合帕洛诺司琼可有效减轻化疗后呕吐发生。Objective： To observe the interventional efficacy of the Jianpi Hewei Bushen decoction on chemotherapy-related emesis in patients with colon cancer. Methods： 64 patients treated with postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy were randomly divided into the observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with the Jianpi Hewei Bushen decoction plus palonosetron injection to prevent from emesis after chemotherapy, and the control group was treated with palonosetron injection. Results： The total efective control rate of emesis was 93.75%, better than 78.13% in the control group, the diference was signifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Jianpi Hewei Bushen decoction and palonosetron can efectively reduce emesis caused by chemotherapy.
