中医体质与高血压病相关性的研究进展

摘　　要：通过计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)中近年来的高血压中医体质相关文献,从中医体质的分布在高血压病上的体现,通过体质辨证来指导高血压病的治疗。高血压相关实验室检查结果与体质的关系方面研究,结果表明,中医体质与高血压病密切相关。综合分析,体质贯穿着高血压疾病的始终,对于临床上指导高血压病的预防及治疗都有着重要的意义。目前中医体质在高血压病的临床应用中仍处于初步探索阶段,本文在此也指出其不足并对它进行了展望。This article mainly studies recent TCM constitution related hypertension documents through scanning the databases of CNKI and VIP, from which it is known that hypertension is treated under the guidance of TCM constitution dialectics according to the distribution of TCM constitution. And after the analysis of the relationship between TCM constitution and results of hypertensive tests, it shows that TCM constitution is closely related to hypertension. Thus, owing to playing a vital role in hypertension from beginning to end, TCM constitution is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of hypertension in clinical practice. At present, TCM constitution is still in the preliminary stage of exploration in the clinical application of hypertension, and this paper also points out its deficiencies and prospect.
