解郁清热化痰汤治疗卒中后抑郁临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察解郁清热化痰汤治疗卒中后抑郁的临床治疗效果。方法:将60例卒中后抑郁患者随机平分为治疗组和对照组。两组患者在一般治疗的基础上,治疗组30例患者给予解郁清热化痰汤治疗,对照组30例患者给予帕罗西汀胶囊治疗,疗程为8周。观察患者开始治疗时及治疗第4周、第8周的汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、神经功能缺损评分、日常生活活动能力评分变化,并记录患者不良反应。结果:研究结果显示治疗组总有效率83.33%,对照组总有效率73.33%,两组患者相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组相比较,汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、神经功能缺损评分均明显降低(P<0.01),而日常生活能力有明显的提高(P<0.01),且无明显副作用。结论:解郁清热化痰汤治疗卒中后抑郁临床疗效确切且无明显副作用。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the Jieyu Qingre Huatan decoction on post-stroke depression. Methods: 60 patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. On the basis of general treatment, 30 patients in the treatment group were given the Jieyu Qingre Huatan decoction, and 30 patients in the control group were given paroxetine capsule treatment, for 8 weeks. The scores of Hamilton depression scale, national institute of health stroke scale and activities of daily living were measured at the fourth week and eighth week after treatment, and the adverse reactions were recorded. Results: The effective rate in the treatment group was 83.33%, and the effective rate in the control group was 73.33%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the scores of Hamilton depression scale and national institute of health stroke scale in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01), while the daily living ability of the treatment group improved significantly(P<0.01), and there was no obvious side effect. Conclusion: The Jieyu Qingre Huatan decoction was effective on post-stroke depression and had no obvious side effects.
