香砂六君子丸联合克拉霉素治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析香砂六君子丸联合克拉霉素治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的胃溃疡患者100例进行研究,患者入院时间为2016年1月-2017年6月,以单双号为分组标准,将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患者接受克拉霉素治疗,观察组患者接受香砂六君子丸联合克拉霉素治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果:与对照组治疗后78.00%的总有效率相比较,观察组90.00%的总有效率明显更高(P<0.05);两组在HP根除率上比较,观察组根除率为86.00%,显著高于对照组70%的根除率(P<0.05);与对照组不良反应发生率比较,观察组6.00%的不良反应比对照组18.00%的不良反应显著更低(P<0.05)。结论:临床对胃溃疡患者采用香砂六君子丸联合克拉霉素治疗能有效提高治疗效果,促进HP根除率的提升,两者联合应用具有较高的协同性,能够互补不足,共同促进疗效的整体性提高,且香砂六君子丸具有降逆止呕等作用,故而还能够降低不良反应发生率,值得推广使用。Objective: To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of Xiangsha Liujunzi Wan plus clarithromycin on gastric ulcer. Methods: 100 cases of gastric ulcer patients treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the even and odd number, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received clarithromycin; the treatment group received Xiangsha Liujunzi Wan plus clarithromycin; the clinical treatment effect in two groups was compared. Results: Compared with the total efficiency in the control group was 78%; the total efficiency of the observation group(90%) was significantly higher(P<0.05). Hp eradication rate comparison in the observation group was 86%, which was significantly higher than 70% in the control group(P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate in observation group(6%) was significantly lower than 18% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Xiangsha Liujunzi Wan plus clarithromycin could effectively improve the treatment effect in treating gastric ulcer, could promote the eradication rate of Hp, the combination was of high synergistic cooperativity, which could complement each other, and jointly promote the overall effect, and Xiangsha Liujunzi Wan can down bear counterflow and antiemetic; could also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, was worthy of promotion.
