摘  要:目的:探讨丹红注射液联合激素治疗放射性肺炎的临床疗效及对患者血清TGF-β1水平的影响。方法:选取48名放射性肺炎患者,采用随机数字法分为试验组(n=24)和对照组(n=24)。对照组给予行常规甲泼尼龙40mg静滴每日1次,试验组在对照组的基础上给予丹红注射液30m L静滴每日1次。共治疗4周后复查胸部CT,评价治疗疗效及临床症状改善情况。并于治疗前、治疗结束后清晨空腹抽取静脉血2m L,应用酶联免疫吸附法检测TGF-β1水平。结果:经治疗试验组总有效率91.7%,明显高于对照组的66.7%(χ2=6.91,P=0.03),两组血清TGF-β1水平均有一定程度的下降,但是试验组下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液联合激素治疗可以提高放射性肺炎患者的临床疗效,降低血清TGF-β1水平。Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of the Danhong injection plus hormone on radiation pneumonia and its effect on TGF-β1 in serum. Methods: A total of 48 patients with radiation pneumonia were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=24) and the control group(n=24). The control group was given routine methylprednisolone 40 mg, intravenous drip, once daily; the experimental group was given the Danhong injection 30 ml more, intravenous drip, once daily. After 4 weeks, chest CT was reexamined to evaluate the clinical curative effect and the improvement of symptoms. Before and after treatment, 2 m L fasting venous blood was extracted and serum TGF-β1 level was detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: After treatment, the total efficiency in the experimental group was 91.7%, which was significantly higher than 66.7% in the control group(χ2=6.91, P=0.03). The level of serum TGF-β1 in both groups was significantly reduced; that in the experimental group decreased more significantly; the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Danhong injection plus hormone could improve the clinical effects in treating patients with radiation pneumonia in addition to reducing the level of serum TGF-β1.
