摘　　要：通过对王新志教授用磁朱丸治疗耳鸣、脑鸣的验案二则进行分析,以示王新志教授的临床思路和辨证方法,以期为临床上治疗耳鸣、脑鸣的辨证论治提供参考。王老认为耳鸣、脑鸣的诊治主要以脏腑辨证为基础,分清阴阳虚实;治疗从肝、从肾、从心论治,主要的经验方有磁朱丸、小柴胡汤、柴胡疏肝散等加减,临床收到了显著疗效。以二则验案为例,浅析了王老治疗耳鸣、脑鸣的经验,以期为耳鸣、脑鸣的中医治疗提供参考。This article intends to give the clinical thinking and dialectical method of Professor Wang Xinzhi, and provides a reference for the clinical treatment of tinnitus, tinnitus cerebri through the analysis of the experience of Wang Xinzhi in treating 2 cases of tinnitus and tinnitus cerebri with Cizhu Wan. Professor Wang holds that the diagnosis and treatment of tinnitus, tinnitus cerebri is mainly based on syndrome differentiation, and it is needed to distinguish the yin and yang; treatment should based on syndrome differentiation from liver, kidney and heart, the major formula includes Cizhu Wan, the Xiaochaihu decoction, Modified Chaihu Shugan San, etc., which achieves significant clinical effect.
