PDCA循环在围术期过敏反应诊断和治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的通过PDCA循环建立围术期过敏反应诊疗流程。方法应用PDCA循环对围术期过敏反应病例进行原因分析,提出针对性改进方法并指导下一次围术期过敏反应的处理,之后分析总结改进成效并提出进一步改进措施,最终制定围术期过敏反应诊疗流程。结果应用PDCA循环后,围术期过敏反应的诊断较之前更迅速,处理过程较之前更有序,处理结果较之前有明显改善。结论 PDCA循环能够提高过敏反应的诊断和治疗水平。Objective To establish the standard procedure for the diagnosis and treatment of perioperative anaphylaxis by PDCA （ plan-do-check-action,PDCA） cycle. Methods Through the analysis of the cases of perioperative anaphylaxis combined witli the PDCAcycle,specific improvement methods were put forward and used to guide the management of the next anaphylaxis, then some furtherimprovement measures were put forward by analyzing and summarizing the results of the treafor the diagnosis and treatment of perioperative anaphylaxis was formulated. Results The diagnosis of the be quicker,the treatment can be more orderly,and the outcomes can be more improvement. Conclusion PDCA cycle can improve thediagnosis and treatment of perioperative anaphylaxis.
