高校实验室建设中学生协管员队伍建设新思考——以公共计算机实验室学生协管员队伍建设为例

摘　　要：实验室作为高校培养学生实践能力的主战场,建设力度逐年加强。学生协管员队伍建设作为实验室建设内容之一,重要性不容忽视。在分析国内实验室建设现状的基础上,结合实际情况,以公共计算机实验室为例,建立了教师引领、发散招聘、自主管理、梯队合作、岗位轮动、竞赛引领一系列学生协管员队伍建设新举措。通过创新,学生协管员队伍建设产生了良好的效果,同时也极大提升了公共计算机实验室管理和服务水平。As the main battlefield of cultivating students＇ practical ability, the construction of laboratory has beenstrengthened year by year. As one of the contents of laboratory construction, the importance of student team ofmanaging coordinators construction should not be neglected. Based on the analysis of the current situation of domestic laboratory construction, combined with the actual situation in the public computer laboratory, new measures are taken by the establishment of a teacher guide, divergent recruitment, self management, team cooperation, job rotation, competition which lead toa series of student coordinators and team construction of new initiatives. Through innovation, the construction of student assistant team has produced good results, and greatly improved the management and service of public computer laboratory.
