摘  要:话语是高校辅导员开展网络思想政治教育的重要手段和媒介,掌握话语权就是掌握主动权,话语权由不可放弃的话语权利、主流意识形态代言人的话语权力、体现个人魅力的话语权威构成,三者共同指向话语权思想引导的本质。网络语言的流行成为窥析大学生思想动态的窗口,随着网络语言和网络思想政治教育话语差异性逐渐扩大,其以解构属性存在于网络思想政治教育话语权中,并映征了辅导员网络思想政治教育话语的困境。破解困境,高校辅导员要应网络语言之势而为,从权利维护好——话语有方、权力运用好——守土有责、权威树立好——信师亲道三条路径构建网络思想政治教育话语权。Discourse is the important means and medium of network political and ideological education for college instructors. Having the discourse means holding the initiative. The discourse is composed of 3 components: the discourse right that cannot be abandoned,the discourse power of spokesman for social mainstream ideology,and the discourse authority which is full of personal charm. All the 3 components point to the essence of discourse. Nowadays,the popularity of network language provides a perspective to study the college students' ideological trends,but the network language has a deconstructive property in network political and ideological education and it brings about some difficult problems. To solve the problems,it is essential to construct college instructors' discourse in network political and ideological education. It is necessary to adjust measures to different situations and construct the voice in 3 approaches: maintaining the right,utilizing the power and establishing the authority.
