摘 要:储能技术作为一种新兴的调节风电功率输出方法,能够有效平抑风电出力波动.储能系统容量规划问题正成为重要的研究课题.以蓄电池作为研究对象,将放电深度和过放电现象对电池寿命的损伤折合为运行经济成本,同时考虑惩罚成本及固有成本,在确保风电出力尽可能接近期望出力的前提下,建立了以总经济成本最小为目标,以容量限制、功率限制及充放电次数限制为约束条件的储能容量优化模型,采用遗传算法求解目标函数.算例分析结果表明,该方法可以配置合理的储能容量,使得储能系统在平抑风电出力波动的同时使总经济成本降至最低,实现稳定性和经济性的相协调.As a new method for applying to adjust he wind power output ? energy storagetechnology can effectively suppress the wind power fluctuations. The energy storage capacity plan is becoming an important research topic. In this study , the battery was used. And thbattery life caused by the depth of discharge and over-discharge phenhe run cost. At he same time,he penalty ccst and inherent ast were taken into account. Under the promise that the wind power output close to the desired output which could be ensured as much as possible ? the storage capacity optimization modfl was established by taking the minimum total economic cott as a goal as well as taking the capacity limitation . power limitation and charge and discharge times limitation as the constraints. Genetic algorithms were used to solve theobjective function. Acording to the results of case study ,the proposed method in this study could configure a reasonable energy storage capacity, making the energy storage system to suppress the fluctuation of wind power output at the minimum eonomic cost. Thecould be realized harmoniously.
