摘 要:在工业中,当采用水冷式冷水机组制冷时,若环境湿球温度比所需冷冻水温度低3~5℃,可关闭制冷机,利用闭塔直接冷却.阐述了混流型闭式冷却塔的工作原理,建立了相应的数学模型.针对具体工程实例,对天津某化工公司的制冷系统进行节能改造,同时比较风冷、水冷及闭塔直冷三种方式的能耗.实验表明:风冷与水冷的全年耗电量相差不大;冬季水冷与闭塔直冷耗电比接近于8.5∶1,闭塔直冷节能率高达87%以上.When the atmospheric wet bulb temperature is 3-5℃ lower than the requiredtemperature of chilled water, the chiller can be turned off and the closed cooling tower can be used directly in the industry. In this paper, the workingprinciple of mixed flow type closed cooling tower was described. The corresponding mathematical model was established. According to a specific engineering project, energy-saving remoulding of the refrigeration system in a chemical company was made in Tianjin. The comparison of power consumption among air cooling, water cooling and direct cooling by closed cooling tower was made at the same time. The results showed that the annual power consumption between air cooling and water cooling was equivalent more or less, while the ratio of water cooling to direct cooling by closed cooling tower was about 8. 5 to 1 in winter. The energy-saving rate of direct cooling by closed cooling tower was more than 87%.
