摘　　要：合理利用绿色生产资料是保障现代高效生态农业产业持续健康发展的基础和支撑。而清洁生产是高效生态农业的主要技术措施,是一种循环式利用资源、降低污染物产生、促进农业可持续发展的生产模式。在归纳绿色生产资料的内涵、作用、推广应用和清洁生产的内涵及有效技术等基础上,从发展绿色生产资料和清洁生产角度,提出了发展现代化的高效农业生态产业对策,力求为传统生态农业转型升级与实现持续发展提供参考与借鉴。The rational use of green production is the basis and support for the sustained and healthy development of modern ecological agriculture. Cleaner production,a main technical measure of efficient ecological agriculture,can realize the recycling utilization of resources,reduce pollutants and promote the sustainable development of agriculture. Based on the connotation,function,popularization and application of green means of production and cleaner production technology,we proposed countermeasures for the development of modern ecological agriculture to provide the reference for traditional ecological agriculture transformation and updating from the standpoint of green means of production and cleaner production.
