摘　　要：本文采用高效液相色谱法建立了0.06%甾烯醇微乳剂中有效成分含量测定方法,结果表明,该方法能够快速准确测定该样品中有效成分甾烯醇含量,符合对其进行质量控制的要求。Content determination method of active comonpent in 0.06% β-sitosterol ME by HPLC was evaluated.The results showed that the method could determine the content quickly and accurately.This study could provide scientific basis for the laboratory quality management and control.
