摘 要:为了掌握低渗透油藏精细注水开发油藏动态,解决注水井井下动态数据需人工下入仪器进行井下监测,存在测试成本高、无法实时监测及长期录取难题,研发智能井下配水器及井下无线通讯仪,创新设计缠绕式天线及瞬时大功率通讯工艺,开展室内试验及模拟评价,实现了油管内狭窄空间、高矿化度水环境可靠通讯。开展现场试验5口井,实现了井下分层压力、温度和流量等生产动态信息的实时监测以及井下和地面数据和指令的无线双向通讯等功能,通讯成功率85%,平均单井无线传输数据量3.5万组,分层注水合格率达95%以上,探索形成了井下无线通讯新方法,为油藏注水开发动态调整提供技术支撑。In order to master the fine water injection development of low permeability reservoir reservoir performance,solve the injection well downhole dynamic data you down to the underground monitoring instruments,high test cost,unable to real-time monitor and admission to the long-term problem.Research and development of intelligent underground water distributor and the underground wireless communication device,the innovation design coil antenna and instantaneous power communication technology,the indoor experiment and simulation evaluation,implement the tubing in a narrow space,high salinity water environment and reliable communication.To conduct field test of 5 wells,has realized the stratification of the underground pressure,temperature,and flow production dynamic information such as real-time monitoring and underground and ground data and instructions of two-way wireless communication functions,such as communication success rate of 85%.With an average of35 000 single well wireless transmission of data,the layered water injection rate above 95%,and explore new methods,to form the underground wireless communication for the dynamic adjustment of reservoir water flooding development technical support.
