糖尿病合并肿瘤的综合护理方式分析

摘　　要：目的研究并分析对糖尿病合并肿瘤患者使用综合护理的效果。方法收集该院于2015年6月—2017年6月收治的糖尿病合并妇科肿瘤患者共92例,通过区组随机化分为对照组(46例)和观察组(46例),对照组接受常规护理,观察组联合综合护理,将两组并发症发生率、拆线时间以及住院时间进行观察和对比。结果相较于对照组,观察组的并发症发生率更低;在拆线时间及住院时间方面,观察组均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病合并妇科肿瘤患者的护理过程中,综合护理能够显著降低并发症的发生风险,缩短患者的拆线时间及住院时间,促进其更快康复,值得推广应用。Objective To research and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing method of diabetes combined with tumor.Methods 92 cases of patients with diabetes and tumors in the department of gynecology from June 2015 to June 2017 were collected and divided into two groups with 46 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing, while the observation group adopted the comprehensive nursing on the basis of the routine nursing, and the incidence rate of complications,suture removal time and length of stay were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the suture removal time and length of stay in the observation group were obviously shorter than those in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing in patients with diabetes and tumors in the department of gynecology can obviously reduce the occurrence risks of complications, shorten the suture removal time and length of stay of patients and promote the faster recovery, and it is worth promotion and application.
