观察养阴益气活血汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究治疗早期糖尿病肾病采用养阴益气活血汤的临床疗效。方法择取早期糖尿病肾病患者80例进行研究,80例患者均于该院2015年6月—2017年6月期间收治,以数字法进行随机分组,分为参照组40例和研究组40例,参照组接受常规西药治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上加用养阴益气活血汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果组间比较治疗后的效果,研究组总有效率比参照组显著更高(P>0.05);组间比较治疗前后各实验室指标,治疗前两组血肌酐(SCr)、空腹血糖(FBG)、24 h尿清蛋白排泄率(UAER)及尿素氮(BUN)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗后研究组SCr、UAER水平改善程度均比参照组明显更优(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗早期糖尿病肾病采用养阴益气活血汤能够有效提高临床疗效,促进SCr、UAER水平降低,值得推广使用。Objective To study the clinical curative effect of yangyin yiqi huoxue Decoction in treatment of early Diabetic kidney disease. Methods 80 cases of patients with diabetic kidney disease in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine western medicine, while the research group adopted the yangyin yiqi huoxue decoction on the basis of the routine treatment, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P>0.05), and the differences in the SCr, FBG, UAER, BUN levels between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05), after treatment, the improvement degrees of SCr and UAER levels in the research group were obviously better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The yangyin yiqi huoxue decoction in clinical treatment of early diabetic kidney disease can effectively improve the clinical curative effect and promote the decrease of SCr and UAER levels, which is worth promotion and application.
