摘 要:目的研究高通量血液透析对糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者氧化应激和微炎症状态的影响。方法该次研究选取的研究对象为2016年2月—2017年2月期间在该院进行治疗的78例糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者,将78例患者计算机随机分为两组,39例/组。将实施普通血液透析的患者纳入对照组,将采用高通量血液透析的患者设为观察组。对两组糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者的氧化应激指标、微炎症状态相关指标进行比对。结果观察组糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者治疗12周和治疗24周时的MDA、SOD、T-AOC、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6同对照组相比均匀差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者应用高通量血液透析进行治疗能够使氧化应激状态和微炎症状态减轻。Objective To research the effect of h ig h - f lu x hemodialysis on the oxidative stress and microinflammatory state of patients with diabet ic kidney disease maintain sex blood d ialy sis. Methods 78 cases of patients with diabet ic kidney disease maintain sex blood dialysis in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the research ob-jects and randomly divided into two groups with 39 cases in e a c h, the control group adopted the common blood dialysis, while the observation group adopted the h ig h - f lu x hemodialysis, and the oxidative stress indicators and microinflammatorystate relevant indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The differences in the MDA, SOD, T- AOC, CRP,TNF- a , IL-6 levels at 12 weeks and 24 weeks after treatment of patients between the observation group and the control group were obvious ( P 〈0.05).
