摘　　要：公安现役部队作为一支特殊的武装执法力量,其性质和宗旨决定了必须以习总书记总要求为纲领,大力加强队伍建设。作为培养边消警部队警官的摇篮,公安现役院校要把总要求作为人才培养目标和办学指导思想,加强顶层设计,深化教学改革,确保人才培养质量。As special components of public security forces,the armed police forces must take the general requirements as their guideline to strengthen team construction due to their nature and purpose. As the cradle of fire control,border control and VIP protection forces,the colleges of armed police for public security should take the general requirements as the training goal and guideline to run the college,strengthen the top-level design,deepen teaching reform,and ensure the quality of personnel training.
