Objective To study and analyze the manifestations of hemodynamics of advanced malignant tumor patients. Methods 120 cases of advanced malignant tumor patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2017 were selected as the experimental group, while the healthy people at the same period were selected as the control group, the hemodynamics of both group s was examined and the clinical manifestations of malignant tumor patients were observed and analyzed. Results After examination, the red cell ratio in the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group,[(38.96±7.95)% vs(46.74±8.53)%], and the whole blood reduced viscosity, plasma specific viscosity and whole blood contrast viscosity in the experimental group were obviously lower than those in the control group, and the whole blood reduced viscosity in the experimental group and in the control group was respectively(7.26±1.49) and(6.02±1.33), and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate was faster than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The advanced malignant tumor patients show the high viscosity, therefore, the hyperviscosaemia has the feature of high viscosity, which can be used as the clinical basis for the diagnosis of advanced malignant tumor.
