超声介入穿刺注射聚桂醇应用于临床治疗肝囊肿患者的效果探究

摘　　要：目的探析肝囊肿患者临床治疗中应用超声介入穿刺注射聚桂醇的效果。方法方便选择2015年5月—2016年5月该院肝囊肿患者120例,依据随机原则将分成对照组60例和观察组60例,对照组给予超声介入穿刺注射无水乙醇,观察组给予超声介入穿刺注射聚桂醇治疗,对照效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,不良反应发生率为8.33%,对照组80.00%、21.67%;观察组治疗后囊肿体积、肝功能优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肝囊肿治疗中应用超声介入穿刺注射聚桂醇能够提升治疗效果,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of ultrasonic intervention puncture by injecting poly cinnamyl alcohol in clinical treatment of patients with hepatic cyst. Methods 120 cases of patients with hepatic cyst diagnosed in our hospital from May2015 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, the control group adopted the ultrasonic intervention puncture by injecting the absolute ethanol, while the observation group adopted the ultrasonic intervention puncture by injecting poly cinnamyl alcohol, and the effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total treatment effective rate and incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group and in the control group were respectively 95.00%, 8.33% and 80.00%, 21.67%, and the cyst volume and hepatic function in the observation group after treatment were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of ultrasonic intervention puncture by injecting poly cinnamyl alcohol in clinical treatment of patients with hepatic cyst can improve the treatment effect,which is worth promotion.
