健康教育在妇女保健中的作用探究

摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育在妇女保健中的作用。方法方便选取2016年6月—2017年6月在该院保健科治疗的400例妇女保健患者,随机分为两组,每组200例,对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组采用综合健康教育,比较两组患者的健康知识掌握情况、妇科疾病患病率。结果观察组教育后在保健知识、保健行为、保健意识评分分别为(8.92±0.64)分、(8.78±0.93)分、(9.05±0.73)分明显高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)且教育后健康知识掌握优良率为97.50%明显高于对照组,妇科疾病总患病率8.50%明显低于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育在妇女保健中有重要的防治作用,通过针对性及综合性的健康教育能显著提升妇女的健康保健知识,提升自我保健意识,降低妇科疾病发生率,具有积极的临床意义。Objective To study the effect of health education in the healthcare of women. Methods 400 cases of healthcare women treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into two groups with 200 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine health education, while the observation group adopted the comprehensive health education, and the mastery degree of health knowledge and morbidity rate of gynecology diseases were compared between the two groups. Results After education, the healthcare knowledge, healthcare behavior, and healthcare awareness scores in the observation group were respectively（8.92±0.64）points,（8.78±0.93）points and（9.05±0.73）points,which were obviously higher than those in the control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the mastery excellent and good rate of health knowledge was 97.50%, which was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the total morbidity rate of gynecology diseases was 8.50%, which was obviously lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The health education plays an important prevention and control role in the healthcare of women, and the targeted and comprehensive health education can obviously improve the healthcare knowledge of women, improve the self-healthcare awareness and reduce the incidence rate of gynecology diseases, and it is of positive clinical significance.
