摘　　要：目的探讨腔内隔绝术治疗主动脉夹层动脉瘤的手术技巧、并发症防治原则及临床应用经验。方法随机选取并回顾性分析该院2014年12月—2016年12月间用腔内隔绝术治疗100例为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患者采用常规手术治疗,观察组采用血管支架腔内隔绝术进行治疗,对比两组治疗总有效率及不良反应发生率。结果对照组总有效率与不良反应发生率分别为82.00%和18.00%,观察组总有效率与不良反应发生率分别为96.00%和4.00%,与对照组相比,观察组总有效率明显较高,不良反应发生率明显较低,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腔内隔绝术治疗主动脉夹层动脉瘤已成为更多医生认知并掌握的方法,随访结果表明该技术安全、有效,不断提高操作技巧和选用适合的覆膜支架可以减少内漏及其它相关并发症。Objective This paper tries to explore the surgical technique, the prevention and treatment of complications and the clinical application experience of endovascular treatment of aortic dissection. Methods Retrospective analysis of 100 cases of endovascular treatment in this hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 was conveniently carried out, these research objects were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional surgery, and the obsewation group was treated with endovascular graft exclusion. The total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the control group and adverse reaction rates were 82.00% and 18.00%, and those in the observation group were 96.00% and 4.00%, compared with the control group, the total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher, the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower, with statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Endovascular treatment of aortic dissection has become a cognitive method for more and more doctors to master. The follow-up results show that the safety and effectiveness of this technology, and continuously improving the operational skills and selection of suitable stent can reduce the internal leakage and other complications.
