优质护理在改善不孕不育患者护理满意度中的价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理在不孕不育患者中的护理效果及在改善满意度方面的应用价值。方法整群选取该院生殖科2015年6月—2017年3月期间收治的86例不孕不育患者为研究对象,采用随机双盲法,分为常规组和优质组,分别给予常规护理和优质护理,对比两组患者护理前后的疾病知识测试得分、治疗依从性与护理满意度。结果经护理,两组患者的疾病知识测试得分均有所提升,而优质组的得分显著高于常规组,优质组的治疗依从度达到95.35%,显著高于常规组的81.60%,优质组的护理满意度达到95.35%,显著高于常规组的79.07%,两组上述指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予不孕不育患者优质护理,能够有效增强其对疾病知识的了解,提升治疗已从性,护理满意度也显著提高,临床实践应用价值较高,应该推广。Objective This paper tries to explore the nursing effect of quality nursing care in infertility patients and its application value in improving satisfaction. Methods A total of 86 infertile infertility patients were group selection in this hospital from June 2015 to March 2017. The patients were divided into two groups： normal group and high quality group. Routine nursing and quality nursing were given respectively. The disease knowledge test scores, treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction before and after care were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of disease knowledge in the two groups were improved, while the score of the high quality group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group. The treatment compliance of the high quality group was 95.35%, which was significantly higher than that of the conventional group of 81.60%. The satisfaction rate was 95.35%, which was significantly higher than that of the conventional group of 79.07%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The quality care for infertility patients can effectively enhance their understanding of the disease knowledge, enhance the treatment from the gender, nursing satisfaction is also significantly improved, with higher clinical application value, so it is worth promotion.
