摘　　要：本系统遵照国家药械产品经营质量管理法规,依据质控行业管理标准和信息技术规范,结合国内外同类在线监测系统的运行经验,设计了一个功能完备的"药械产品仓储在线监控系统",药械产品企业的质量管理部门通过系统中的"药械产品仓储在线监控中心"实现对药械仓库温湿度的实时在线监控。同时,该系统还扩展了药械产品仓储质量监管和监督执法功能,使药械监管部门利用该系统通过互联网实现对药械企业的网上稽查监管,提高了药械产品仓储质量监管的针对性和科学性。本文分别介绍了系统的总体设计方案、药械产品仓储在线监控中心、药械产品仓库现场监测子系统。Combined with the operation experience of online monitoring system at home and abroad,a fully functional " storage online monitoring system of medical device products" is designed.It complies with the national medical device products,quality management regulations,according to industry standards and technical specifications of quality control management information.To realize the online real-time monitoring of medical equipment warehouse temperature humidity through online monitoring center in the system.At the same time,the system also extends functions of the medical product warehousing quality supervision and law enforcement,online inspection supervision of medical equipment enterprises through the Internet is realized,the pertinence and scientificity of supervision is improved.This paper respectively introduces the overall design scheme of the system,the online monitoring center and field monitoring sub warehouse system.
