复方氨酚葡锌片中对乙酰氨基酚含量测定方法研究

摘　　要：目的:采用高效液相色谱法检测对乙酰氨基酚含量,排除其他原辅料对吸收度的影响,使测得结果更加准确。方法:色谱柱为Waters Sunfire C18(4.6×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸(20:80),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为249nm。结果:对乙酰氨基酚在2μg/ml^20μg/ml浓度范围内,r2=0.9994。回收率为99.1%(n=9),RSD为0.6%。结论:建立的方法快速、准确、专属性强、重现性好,适用于复方氨酚葡锌片中对乙酰氨基酚含量测定。Objective:Using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method to detect the contents of acetaminophen,eliminate the effect of other raw materials for the absorbance measured results more accurate.Method:The chromatographic analysis was carried out on a Waters Sunfire C18 column(4.6×250 mm,5μm)with methanol-0.5% acetic acid(20:80).The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was 249 nm.Result:The linear range of acetaminophen was 2μg/ml^20μg/ml(r2=0.9994).The recovery of acetaminophen was 99.1%(n=9)with RSD of 0.6%.Conclusion:The method is fast,accurate,good reproducibility and specificity.It can be used for the content of Compound Paracetamol and Zinc Glucomate Tablets.
