摘 要:气相中不凝性气体是制冷剂产品需要严格控制的一项质量指标。目前行业内测定制冷剂气相中不凝性气体普遍采用的方法是美国空调供热和制冷工业协会标准AHRI700-2017《制冷剂规格》和我国国家标准GB/T 31400-2015《氟代烷烃不凝性气体(NCG)的测定气相色谱法》中规定的六通阀进样,外标法定量的气相色谱法。考虑到日常生产过程中玻璃注射器进样的方便快捷性,2017年5月1日最新实施的GB/T 33063-2016《制冷剂用氟代烯烃不凝性气体(NCG)测定通用方法》国家标准中除外标法外新引入了采用玻璃注射器进样,校正面积归一化法定量的气相色谱法。本文详细描述了标准中规定的两种方法,并对玻璃注射器进样,外标法定量的方法进行了探索研究,便于制冷剂领域分析操作人员对制冷剂气相中不凝性气体测定方法的掌握和应用。The non-condensable gasin the gas phaseis a quality index that the refrigerant product needs to be strictly controlled. At present the method widely used in the industry for the measurement of non-condensable gas in the refrigerant gas phase is gas chromatography sampled by six valve, quantified by external standard method, according to the standards AHRI 700-2017 《Refrigerants Specifications》and GB/T 31400-31400 《Fluorinated alkane—Determination of non-condensable gas(NCG)—Gas chromatography》. Considering the convenient and fast of injection by glass syringe in daily production, the latest implementation of national standard on May 1, 2017,GB/T 33063-2016 《Fluorinated olefins for refrigerant use—General method for the determination of non-condensable gas(NCG)》 introduced a gas chromatography method sampled by glass syringe,quantified by corrected area normalization besides the external standard method.This paper described the two methods the standards specified in detail,and explored the method sampled by glass syringe,quantified by external standard method. The paper will facilitate the the mastery and application of measurement method of non-condensable gas in the refrigerant gas phase for the analysis operatorin refrigerant domain.
