摘 要:针对高速公路收费站高浓度汽车尾气与重载车辆低速渠化通行引起的车辙问题,制备了一种可降解汽车尾气并具备热反射主动降温功能的涂料,利用自行设计的室内试验设备测试了光催化热反射涂料的降解效能与热反射效能,并研究了光催化热反射涂层的路用耐久性能。研究结果表明,本文制备的光催化热反射涂料不仅具有良好的尾气降解效能、可循环效能和热反射效能,还具有良好的路用耐久性能;应用光催化热反射涂料后虽然会略微降低路面的抗滑性能,但不影响收费站处路面的正常使用功能。Aiming at the rutting problem caused by the high concentration of automobile exhaust and the low speed canalization of heavy load at the toll station of expressway,the paint which can degrade the automobile exhaust gas and take the active cooling function of the heat reflection was prepared,the degradation efficiency and thermal reflectivity of photocatalytic thermally reflective coatings were tested by self-designed indoor test equipment,and the durability of the photocatalytic heat-reflective coating was studied.The results show that the photocatalytic thermal reflective coating prepared in this paper not only has good tail gas degradation efficiency,recyclable efficiency and heat reflection efficiency,but also has good road durability;Although the application of photocatalytic heat reflective coating can slightly reduce the skid resistance of pavement,it does not affect the normal use function of the pavement at toll station.
