利用焦炉烟囱NO_x监测数据指导炉温调控的技术探索

摘　　要：通过对焦炉使用高炉煤气加热过程中存在的问题进行分析,找出了影响焦炉温度均匀稳定的不利因素。同时结合JN60-6型焦炉使用高炉煤气加热时直行温度与焦炉烟囱环保在线监测NO_x数据的具体对比分析实例,提出了利用焦炉烟囱环保在线监测NO_x数据变化趋势指导调控焦炉炉温的方案,改善了传统人工调整炉温的滞后性,取得了较好的效果。By analyzing the problems occurred during heating with BFG,the factors influencing the uniformity and stability of coke oven temperature are found out.Comparing the longitudinal temperature of JN60-6 type coke oven heated with BFG with the NO_x content measured online at the coke oven chimney,a scheme for oven temperature control according to the NO_x content monitored at coke oven chimney is proposed.The problem of delay by manual regulation of the oven temperature is solved.
