摘　　要：沉香产业的生态发展一直是业界关注的焦点之一。本文在分析产业现状,挖掘"新矛盾"发展契机的基础上,运用SWOT分析法对中山市沉香资源、产业基础、人才建设、政策环境等优势、弱势、机遇以及面临的威胁进行分析比对,从发挥政策优势、升华资源效能、强化产业规划、加强人才建设、重视品牌效应等方面提出对中山市沉香产业有建设性的战略定位和发展思路。The ecological development of the Agar industry has always been one of the focuses of the industry. On the basis of analyzing the status quo of the industry and tapping the development opportunity of ＂New Contradictions＂, this paper analyzes and compares the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by Zhongshan City with such resources of Agar basement, industrial foundation,talent building and policy environment by SWOT analysis. From the perspective of giving play to the advantages of policies, upgrading the efficiency of resources, strengthening the industrial planning, strengthening the building of qualified personnel and emphasizing on the brand effect, this paper proposes a constructive strategic positioning and development ideas for Zhongshan Agar industry.
