以学术沙龙为平台浅谈研究生素质能力的培养——以S大学生学术沙龙活动为例

摘　　要：以提升高校学术文化建设,培养研究生学术能力和素质能力为宗旨,针对传统研究生学术活动中,导师主讲,研究生被动参与,学术沙龙体系构建不完善等主要问题进行研究。学术沙龙作为校园文化活动的一种形式,具有营造研究生校园学术文化氛围,激发研究生的创新思维,提升研究生学术水平和综合素质能力的作用。本文以研究生学术沙龙活动为例,分析目前高校开展学术沙龙过程中存在的问题并提出改进对策。In order to enhance the academic and cultural construction of colleges and universities and to cultivate the academic abilities and qualities of postgraduates, this paper studies the main problems of the traditional postgraduate academic activities, such as tutor lecture, passive participation of graduate students, imperfect construction of academic salon system. As a form of campus cultural activities,academic salon has the function of creating the academic and cultural atmosphere of postgraduates, stimulating the creative thinking of postgraduates and enhancing the academic level and overall quality of postgraduates. This paper takes the postgraduate academic salon as an example to analyze the existing problems in the process of academic salon in colleges and universities and put forward some countermeasures.
