摘  要:介绍了针对钢包烘烤的蓄热式高温空气燃烧技术原理和组成。探讨了该技术在生产现场的应用,通过实运行效果对比,对该钢包烘烤技术的应用效果进行了研究,并对存在的问题进行了分析。结果表明,新型烤包系统节能率接近35%,改造后既满足高热值高焦混合煤气烤罐,又满足低热值转炉煤气烤罐,同时满足烤罐工艺和安全,降本增效的要求。The technical principle and composition of the high-efficiency energy-saving regenerative high temperature air combustion(HTAC) technology for ladle baking are introduced. The application of the regenerative ladle preheating technology in steel production is discussed. Through comparison of the operation effect, the application effect was studied and existing problems of the technology were analyzed. The results showed that the new ladle baking system saves energy by 35% comparing with conventional ladle heater. After the transformation, the new ladle baking system can not only satisfy high heating value ladle baking with BFG and COG mixed gas, but also satisfy low heating value baking with COG only, as well as meet the quality and safety requirement of ladle baking and reduce production cost.
