摘  要:详细介绍了制氧厂分级供氧项目实施的背景和原理、低压氧透系统工艺流程、外部管网流程等,并通过阐述制氧厂区各机组常压管网对接优化,最大可能地实现了低压氧透优化运行。通过事实与数据证明,实施分级供氧,产生的经济效益巨大,值得在行业中大力推广。The background and principle of staged oxygen supply project implementation of oxygen generating plant, the process flow of low-pressure oxygen turboexpander system as well as external pipe network process flow are introduced in detail. The ordinary pressure pipe networks of each generator unit in the plant were optimized to further improve the operation performance of the low pressure oxygen turboexpander system. Facts and data have shown that staged oxygen supply has produced significant benefit and worth promotion in the steel sector.
