摘  要:邯钢通过在260 t/h高温高压锅炉引风机进口烟道安装新型高效直通道低温省煤器,使锅炉排烟温度由140℃降至90~100℃用于加热汽机凝结水,使60 MW汽轮发电机组的发电效率提高约1.7%,机组每小时平均发电功率35000 k Wh,机组年增加发电量约452万k Wh,经济效益和社会效益显著。Handan Steel installed a new-type high-efficiency straight channel low temperature coal economizer at the inlet flue of 260 t/h high-temperature high-pressure boiler draught fan, which has lowered the boiler flue gas temperature from 140 ℃ to 90-100 ℃ for heating steam turbine condensate water. The modification has improved the power generating efficiency of the 60 MW steam turbine unit by 1.7% and increased electricity generation by about 4,520,000 k Wh annually with an hourly power generating output of 35000 k Wh, bringing significant economic and social benefit.
