摘　　要：针对安钢65 MW超高压汽轮机组运行中发生的中压主汽门阀位异常变动的问题,通过逐一排查分析故障原因,发现问题集中在电磁阀及电磁阀后节流孔上。在不停机的情况下进行在线处理,确保了机组长周期稳定运行。Through investigation and analysis of the reason for abnormal valve position movement of the steam turbine medium pressure main throttle in the 65 MW ultra-high pressure steam turbine unit during operation, the fault points were located at the electromagnetic valve and the throttling orifice after the valve. Online treatment was carried out without shutdown, which has ensured long term stable operation of the unit.
