摘 要:旋转导向和马达导向是定向钻井中2种主要导向钻井方式,能够满足大部分常规定向井和水平井的导向钻井需求。旋转导向价格高、效率高,马达导向成本低、效率低,在方案设计、项目管理过程中,经常会遇到导向方式选择的难题。结合渤海油田实践经验,用特定区块的马达平均日进尺和旋转导向平均日进尺比值作为马达效率表征值E,结合钻井综合日费,计算出2种导向方式费用相同时的效率表征值平衡点E_0,通过比较E与E_0大小优选出经济性好的导向钻井方式,并绘制了快捷方便的应用查询图版。通过SZ36-1油田20多口井的实钻数据,应用该方法进行了快速经济评价,证明了该方法的科学性和实用性,提高了项目管理决策效率,节约了钻井成本,为石油工程中其他提速提效工具、仪器的优选提供了较好的借鉴意义。Rotary steering and steering motor are two main steering drilling modes for directional well drilling, and they can meet the steering drilling requirements of most conventional directional wells and horizontal wells. Rotary steering is of high cost and eff-ciency and steering motor is of low cost and effciency, so it is often diffcult to determine which steering mode to select in the process of program selection and project management. In this paper, the practical experience of Bohai Oilfeld was taken as the example. The ratio of average daily footage of steering motor to that of rotary steering in a particular block was taken as the motor effciency characteriza-tion value (E), and then combined with the daily composite drilling cost, the equilibrium point (E0) of effciency characterization value at which the cost of rotary steering was equal to that of steering motor was calculated. Afterwards, the steering drilling mode which was economically better was selected by comparing E with E0, and the quick and convenient application inquiry chart was plotted. Finally, this method was applied to carry out quick economic evaluation on the actual drilling data of over 20 wells in SZ 36-1 Oilfeld. It is proved that this method is scientifc and practical, and it increases the decision making effciency of project management and saves the drilling cost. It can be used as the reference for the selection of other speed and effciency improvement tools and instruments in the feld of petroleum engineering.
