摘　　要：《资源描述与检索》(Resource Description and Access,RDA)作为国际最新编目规则,突破语言屏障和载体限制,实现与各国编目实践的无缝连接,方便各编目机构应用。国家图书馆于2012年启动RDA的相关研究与实践工作,对外紧密追踪国际动态,对内遵循认识RDA、解析RDA、实践RDA、应用RDA的科学规律,在理论研究和实践探索方面均取得丰硕成果。回顾国家图书馆RDA本地化的历程,探讨RDA实施经验,为担当亚洲地区国家机构代表参与国际RDA管理、应对3R计划的挑战等工作指明新路向。As the latest international cataloging rules, RDA gets rid of restrictions of languages and carriers and is in line with cataloging practices of different countries. In 2012, the National Library of China initiated studies and practices related to RDA. During the past years, the National Library of China has achieved substantial results by following international trends as well as studying and analyzing RDA. With a retrospect of the process of RDA localization, this paper discusses the experience of RDA implementation, how the National Library of China participates in RDA governance as the National Institution Representative for the Asian Region, and how to confront the challenges of 3R Project.
