摘　　要：移动社交网络是当前读者数字化生存的重要环境之一,这对图书馆信息服务提出新要求,同时知识碎片化等技术应用将再次触碰知识产权底线。本文通过探讨移动社交网络的特征及其对高校图书馆的影响,阐述高校图书馆知识产权危机管理的基本思想、内容和运行机制,最后结合移动社交新环境下图书馆知识产权内部管理和外部发展现状分析,运用SWOT组合战略,从危机管理视角提出高校图书馆知识产权管理策略。Mobile social network is one of the important environments of current readers to survive digitally, it puts forward new requirements for the information service of the library, and the application of knowledge fragmentation etc, which will touch the bottom line of intellectual property right once again. This paper discusses the characteristics of mobile social network and its in？uence on university library, expounds the basic concept, content and operation mechanism of intellectual property crisis management in university library. Finally, this paper analyzes the internal management and external development of library intellectual property under the new environment of mobile social, and proposes the strategy of intellectual property management of university library from the perspective of crisis management by using SWOT combination strategy.
