摘 要:通过测试锦纶纤维与山羊绒纤维表面摩擦系数、力学性能,锦纶纤维纯纺纱、山羊绒纯纺纱及锦纶纤维与山羊绒混纺纱的毛羽、条干均匀度及力学性能指标,探讨了锦纶纤维仿山羊绒纺纱的可行性。研究表明,超细特PA66短纤维的纤维表面摩擦系数与山羊绒顺鳞片层的纤维表面摩擦系数大致相同,纤维力学性能优于山羊绒纤维,具有柔且韧的特性。纺制的同种规格的纱线在毛羽、条干均匀度及力学性能指标也具有很大的相似性,基于测试数据可以得出利用锦纶纤维进行仿山羊绒纺纱具有一定的可行性。Surface friction coefficient and mechanical properties of polyamide fiber and cashmere fiber as well as hairiness,yarn evenness and mechanical performance indexes of polyamide fiber spun yarns,cashmere spun yarns and polyamide/cashmere blended yarns were tested.Besides,the feasibility of imitation of cashmere spinning by polyamide fiber was discussed.The research shows that,surface friction coefficient of superfine PA66 short fibers is roughly same with that of scale layer of cashmere,while the mechanical property is superior to that of cashmere fiber.PA66 short fibers have the features of softness and toughness.The yarns of the same specification have great similarity in hairiness,yarn evenness and mechanical performance indexes.Based on the test data,it is believed that it is feasible to imitate cashmere spinning by polyamide fiber.
